华中 科技大学电子信息与通信学院副院长,教授,博士生导师,华中学者特聘教授,澳大利亚悉尼科技大学客座教授,国家绿色通信与网络国际联 合研究中心主任,湖北省绿色宽带无线通信国际科技合作基地主任,华中科技大学——悉 尼科技大学移动通信联合研究中心主任。2003年毕业于华中科技大学获通信与 信息系统博士学位, 2004年担任韩国亚洲大学电子与计算机工程系研究员,2005年担任意大利都灵理工大学电子系博士后助理研究员。2005年 获意大利Galilei Grant。近年来主持承担了10余 项国家级科研课题和多项国际高水平科技合作项目。担任国家科技部和国家自然基金委项目会评专家,湖北省科技厅自然基金项目评审专家,IET FellowIEEE高 级会员(Senior Member)。担任IEEE Wireless CommunicationsIEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology10份 国际期刊编委,担任General Chair of the 2015 IEEE International Conference on Green Computing and Communications (GreenCom2013)以及IEEE ICC 2016-2018, CMC 2009-2012ICCT 2011, VTC 2012CITS 2012IWCMC 200830多 个国际会议的Symposium chairTPC成 员和审稿人。研究成果荣获2016年度湖北省自然科学二等奖。
