Dr. JIANG received the B.S. degree in Applied Geophysics from China University of Geosciences, Wuhan, China, in 1997, and the M.S. degree in Geo-Exploration and Information Technology from China University of Geosciences, Wuhan,China, in 2000, and the Ph.D degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2004.
